Home Inspection
Free
A full Interior and Exterior inspection, this service IS NOT considered a WDIR (Wood Destroying Insect Report) required by Mortgage and Insurance companies.
We inspect, recommend and honestly try to sell you on a plan or service if we feel you would benefit.
One-Time Pest Coverage
One time service with 30-60 day coverage for the pest of your choice covered by all of our plans; Includes follow-ups as needed and interior equipment.
$150.00 for Wasps and Hornets, Ants, Beetles, Centipedes (thousand leggers), Spiders
~$250.00 for Mice, Roaches, Carpet Beetles.
Starting at $300.00 for Clothing Moths, Rats, Pantry Pests, Spotted Lantern Flies and Bedbugs pricing depends on severity of the infestation.
Termites require an on-site inspection for identification and evaluation for treatment options.
Quarterly Residential Service
Prices start at $125.00 but vary based on number of structures, condition of home and Sq.Ft. (We stay competitive)
Quarterly Service routine visits, Interior and Exterior service is included. All Plans include Pennsylvania’s Common Pests.
What’s Included: Interior Rodent Equipment, Ants (including Carpenter), Bees (excluding Honey Bees), Beetles (Including Carpet Beetles), Centipedes, Flies, Gnats (including Fungus Gnats), Hornets, Mice, Pantry Pests, Rats, Roaches (all species), Spiders, and Wasps.
Tick, Flea and Mosquito Reduction
$65-100.00 depending on time required to complete.
Flea, Tick, and Mosquito reduction service conducted 30-45 days during peak season. End of Year treatment that reduces tick populations is included; to set you up for success the following year.
